من نحن

Smart Things نشاط تجاري فردي يملكه ويديره علي موسى، مقره بغداد، العراق. نبيع أجهزة إلكترونية صغيرة للمستهلكين في العراق عبر صفحاتنا على انستقرام وفيسبوك، ونوصلها عبر شركة توصيل محلية.

ما البيانات التي نجمعها

نجمع فقط ما نحتاجه لتنفيذ طلبك والرد على رسالتك:

اسم المستخدم والاسم المعروض على انستقرام أو فيسبوك — يصلنا تلقائياً عند مراسلتك لنا.
محتوى رسائلك معنا — للرد على استفساراتك وتسجيل طلبك.
رقم هاتفك — لتأكيد الطلب والتواصل عند التوصيل.
عنوان التوصيل (المحافظة والمنطقة) — لتسليم الطلب.

لا نجمع بيانات بطاقات مصرفية، ولا نطلب كلمات مرور، ولا نستخدم بياناتك لأي إعلان موجّه. الدفع يتم نقداً عند الاستلام.

لماذا نجمعها

الرد على استفساراتك عن المنتجات والأسعار.
تجهيز طلبك وتسليمه لشركة التوصيل.
التواصل معك بشأن طلب قائم (تأكيد، تأخير، أو تعديل عنوان).

مع من نشاركها

نشارك اسمك ورقم هاتفك وعنوان التوصيل فقط مع شركة التوصيل المحلية، لغرض واحد هو تسليم طلبك. ولا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها مع أي طرف آخر لأي غرض تجاري.

كيف نحفظها وكم نحتفظ بها

تُحفظ بيانات الطلبات على سيرفر خاص بنا وفي جدول بيانات محمي بحساب مقيّد الوصول. نحتفظ بها للمدة اللازمة لتنفيذ الطلب ومعالجة أي استرجاع أو استبدال، ثم تُحذف عند انتهاء الحاجة إليها.

حقوقك

يمكنك في أي وقت أن تطلب منا:

معرفة البيانات التي نحفظها عنك.
تصحيح أي بيانة غير دقيقة.
حذف بياناتك بالكامل من سجلاتنا.

راسلنا على info@smartthingsn8n.online أو عبر رسائل انستقرام، ونستجيب خلال مدة معقولة.

الأطفال

خدماتنا موجّهة لمن أعمارهم 18 سنة وأكثر، ولا نجمع بيانات الأطفال عن قصد.

قد نحدّث هذه الصفحة عند تغيّر طريقة عملنا، وسيظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث في أعلى الصفحة.

Who we are

Smart Things is a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Ali Musa, based in Baghdad, Iraq. We sell small consumer electronics to customers in Iraq through our Instagram and Facebook pages, and deliver them via a local courier company.

What we collect

We collect only what we need to fulfil your order and answer your message:

Your Instagram or Facebook username and display name — received automatically when you message us.
The content of your messages — to answer your questions and record your order.
Your phone number — to confirm the order and contact you at delivery.
Your delivery address (province and district) — to deliver the order.

We do not collect payment card details, we never ask for passwords, and we do not use your data for targeted advertising. Payment is made in cash on delivery.

Why we collect it

To answer your questions about products and prices.
To prepare your order and hand it to the courier.
To contact you about an active order (confirmation, delay, or address correction).

Who we share it with

We share only your name, phone number, and delivery address with our local courier company, for the single purpose of delivering your order. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with any other party for commercial purposes.

Storage and retention

Order data is stored on our own private server and in an access-restricted spreadsheet. We keep it for as long as needed to complete the order and handle any return or exchange, then delete it when it is no longer needed.

Your rights

At any time you may ask us to:

Tell you what data we hold about you.
Correct any inaccurate information.
Delete your data from our records entirely.

Children

Our services are intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this page as our practices change. The last updated date appears at the top.
